Sad news and thing that it's sad that we care about

Season 7 American Idol winner David Cook lost his brother to brain cancer Saturday May 1st. Adam came to support David during his Idol conquest despite his physical ailments. And now on to something funnier....Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have tied the knot...for real this time. The Hills "hotties" married a few months ago in Mexico on a whim but it was not legally binding here in the USA. Smart move America...we won't let gay people who have fully functioning brains get married but we will let some money hungry, attention loving, not really talented but famous people wed. But I digress. The two married in Pasedena, CA in front of roughly 200 guests including "arch rival" Lauren Conrad also of The Hills fame. I wish we could say this was a happily ever after for the twosome but the only way it will be is if they go ride off into the sunset and leave the rest of us alone.
